The Challenge
A service was required to simplify the process of booking vet house calls and scheduling visits for pet owners.
It was important for users to be able to book consultations, pay for services, and track the dispatched vet's location in real time within a single interface.
The Approach
When creating Ringovet, the primary focus was turning the vet request workflow, from service selection to the actual visit, into a cohesive and simple user experience.
