The Challenge
Organizing an event along with selling tickets requires managing spaces, seats, and ticket categories. Additionally, it is important for users to easily purchase tickets, and for organizers to manage these processes within a unified system.
Salaro's goal was to unite these processes into a single digital platform and create a system tailored to the needs of users and various event organizers.
The Approach
It was necessary to create a platform that could be used by different organizers, allowing them to customize the ticket sales page according to their own visual identity.
For this purpose, an interface was created that allows organizers to use their brand's visual identity on the ticket sales page, while the core system remains unified for all of them.
The Solution
A unified digital platform was created for Salaro, connecting ticket sales and event management processes.
From the platform's administrative panel, an organizer can create and manage events and spaces, as well as define ticket categories and specific seats. This information directly links to the ticket purchasing process, where users can choose their desired ticket category and seat. Salaro features an integrated QR-code scanner, enabling on-site verification of purchased tickets.
