The Challenge
Organizing an event involves more than selling tickets: it also means managing venues, seats, and ticket categories. Buyers need a simple way to purchase tickets, while organizers need to run all of these processes in one system.
Salaro's goal was to bring these processes together into a single digital platform, built to fit the needs of both buyers and different event organizers.
The Approach
The platform had to serve many different organizers, each able to adapt the ticket sales page to their own visual identity.
We built an interface that lets organizers apply their own brand identity to their ticket sales pages, while the core system stays the same for everyone.
The Solution
For Salaro we built a unified digital platform that connects ticket sales with event management.
From the admin panel, organizers create and manage events and venues, and define ticket categories and specific seats. That data feeds directly into the ticket sales flow, where buyers pick the category and seat they want. Salaro also has a built-in QR code scanner for checking purchased tickets at the door.
The Result
The result is a digital platform that gives event organizers ticket sales, event and venue management, and on-site ticket validation in one system.
